Turn-around Time
VIP Fibers processes fiber on the “First paid-First serve” basis. Once payment in full has been received, fiber is given a Lot # and goes in queue for processing. Generally, we run around a 6-8 week turn-around time from receipt of payment. (not including shipping time).The actual turn-around time will depend upon how many Lots are ahead of yours. If we are processing LOT #1055 and your Lot number is #1092, do not despair, the Lots prior to yours may only be small quantities and not require a lot of time to process.

Shipping to VIP Fibers The method you use to ship your precious pet fur to us is completely up to you.U.S. Mail, Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL or, if you are local, you can drop it off at our facility. VIP Fibers recommends that you ship whatever way you are comfortable with.If shipping U.S. Mail, we do recommend that you get a tracking number for your package. Remove your fiber from your storage bag and pack it in a lightweight cardboard box or a Tyvek® envelope.Packing the fiber down will not hurt your fur. Complete and print out our on-line Work Order form.The bottom of the print out will be a shipping label you may cut and tape to your package.Be sure to include the completed form and a photo of your pet with your pet hair!
Shipping from VIP Fibers VIP Fibers standard shipping procedure is via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number and signature required for receipt.International packages are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Please note that no tracking number or confirmation is available for Global Priority Mail. VIP Fibers will not ship via First Class Mail Fed-ex is available and will be charged at the Fed-ex rate plus $3.00 handling fee. Insurance is available at additional cost.
