The method used to measure the thickness of a yarn is called WPI (Wraps Per Inch). To determine the thickness of a yarn, wrap the yarn around a large needle or ruler. Push the yarn together so there are no gaps between wraps. Count the number of wraps in one inch.
If you have a favorite yarn thickness, use this method to determine the size to order your keepsake yarn.

In addition, due to the quantity of fiber VIP Fibers receives daily, we are unable to store fiber for an indefinite amount of time.Therefore, Work Orders that have not been paid for within a 30 day period from date of the Work Order will be voided and the fiber discarded.

minimum charge: There is a 2 ounce minimum charge for each fiber. If your fiber weighs in less than 2 ounces, it will be charged as 2 ounces. The Minimum Charge helps cover the cost of the extra paper work, tracking, containment and processing of individual fibers.
S-#4 CORE is applied to short and/or coarse fibers that can not be spun with traditional methods. The technique we have developed to spin such "unspinnable" fibers requires extensive labor and time, and will result in a very high loss ratio.
