QUALIFICATION:
Submitting group must be a U.S. Federally recognized non-profit organization with a valid 501(c)(3) number. Organizations outside the U.S. are not eligible to participate in the VIP Charity Donation Program.

WEIGHT:
Maximum amount of raw fiber to be processed for charity by VIP FIBERS, INC. will not exceed 16 ounces per rescue group within a 12 months period. Any amount of fiber received in excess of 16 ounces will not be subject to this program and will not be returned to submitter and shall become the sole property of VIP FIBERS, INC. to do with it as they deem appropriate.

EXCLUSIONS:
Short/Coarse fiber requiring S-4 Core Spun is excluded from this program. Any fiber received under this program which requires S-4 Core Spun will not be processed nor returned and will be discarded by VIP FIBERS, INC. Please click here for more information regarding S-4 Core Spun Yarn. |

TIME:
A minimum of a three month turn around time is required. Please be sure that your donated fiber arrives at VIP FIBERS, INC. well in advance to the time of your event. VIP FIBERS, INC. will make every effort to complete your project in time for your event, however does not offer any guarantees.

PROCESSING FEE:
VIP FIBERS, INC. does not request any money for their labor; however a $12.00 Processing Fee must be received with the fiber. The Processing Fee is to help deter some of the administration, shipping and handling expenses incurred by VIP FIBERS, INC.

PROCEEDS:
100% of the proceeds from the donated product(s) must be applied to the submitting Rescue Foundation.

LOGO:
A clean “scan-able” copy of your Rescue Foundation Logo should be included for use on the skein labels and/or gift cards which accompany the finished product(s). A digitized .jpg may be emailed to VIP FIBERS at: info@vipfibers.com

SHIPPING:
Fiber for the VIP Charity Program must be received in one shipment. VIP FIBERS, INC. suggests that your group elect one person to be in charge of receiving the fiber donations from members. When 16 ounces has been collected, it should be shipped to VIP FIBERS, INC. along with a completed VIP Charity Donation Form, Foundation Logo and Processing Fee.

FINISHED PRODUCT:
Submitting Rescue Group may select only ONE of the five options offered under the VIP Charity Donation Program. Selection must be made at time of sending fiber.
